So on friday last week friday l recieved an email saying my delivery was unseccefully because my address was in correct but to my suprise l didnt recieve any sms oh a call saying they will deliver my parcel as they always do l was at home the whole day oh ok l changed my address since monday my parcel was at their dispatch it never go out for delivery since friday so today l recieved an email from bash.com saying my refund is in progress due to failed several delivery how is serveral delivery while on ram tracking system my parcel never left for delivery lm so dissapointed in a big company like ram l tried to chat with their consultat on their website sivuyile he oh she left me talking alone on that chat until l left it AAAB0786403 and that is my waybill number
