Its been 3 days and 3 escalations and still no delivery - no follow up, no SMS , just nothing. I am also still waiting on the Manager in JNB to return my call. I am now strongly suggesting that Vodacom drop RAM as a delivery partner.
Worst is that the recipient is not allowed to collect at the Cape Town facility.
