Ram couriers have been sitting with my parcel since 24 November. First they sent my parcel to the wrong address, then they sent it back and forth between warehouses, not even attempting to make another delivery and not communicating at all. No calls, no sms's, no emails. I call, I email, I even enter live chats on their site, but no one responds back to give me a simple update on where my parcel is. This is absolutely disgusting service in rams part.
