NSFAS - False/untrue verification of documents

My daughters appeal to household income being greater than 350k was rejected due to unverified parent/spouse/guardian. When NSFAS was contacted to clarity what this meant the representative said its due to incorrect document. She was asked to explain how that could be as the document was an stamp affidavit and payslip, she sad they could not be verified and possible be forged documents. This does not make sense how was my information verified at first for them to come to this second reason to reject her as they source this information from SARS and home affairs. My daughter is given no further appeal or opportunity to quiry this false accusations.
