MiX Telematics - Unacceptable treatment

I stopped working in March 2021, called MiX Telematics to cancel my Contract was told that not to worry it will be done.
YEAR later I get calls and sms from Attorneys requesting payment which I mentioned that I cancelled. Still they keep on sending, then I get a
Congratulations I qualify for a 50% Discount on my Account which I then call a pay. 2 months later I called to confirm if they received my payment and is the account now closed. The Attorneys confirmed receipt of payment and assured me that the account was closed.
Only to find out yesterday that I get a message from the Nimble Group requesting payment saying that MiX Telematics sold them my account with a totally different Account number.

It is Really Sad that it took 2 years and 2 months to get Resolved. The issue was handed to 2 Attorneys where as the Brand could of sorted this out. Very incompetent staff, emails and calls don't get attented too.

This complaint was considered resolved.
