Mdalisu Financial Services - Refund

I sighned up with Mdalisu during the month of July 2023.i arranged to start making payments of 1000 a month. The 1000 rands was going to be debited end of August .
During the month of August i phoned the company to cancel their services they were not available. I tried several times and i managed to get hold of them.

1.When o asked to cancel they said i must give a valid reason tor cancelling. I told them the reviews about them were not making me comfortable. I also told them i found a company that was hoing to provide the same services cheaper than them. The consultant that o spoke to said there are fees that i have to pay for cancelling. I asked them why i should be owing them yet they have not rendered any services as they have not deducted and money. The consultant dropped the phone on me.

I then phoned Buhle an agent for their company , who told me that she will get back to me with feedback.she never did.

2.End August the company had deducted 1000rands from my accoint. Even though i had indicated i wanted to cancel. I phoned Buhle their agent, who informed me that the company was closed for the day i must contact them the following day.

3.I phoned the company again i spoke to a certain Mr Mchunu. He got so arrogant when i showed my dissatisfaction about the services they provide and the money deducted in my account. He then told me that he will put me through the person who handled my file. Instead mr mchunu hung up on me.

4.Same day i phoned the company, i spoke to an agent who did not eant to put me through to whoever that was handling my file. He took my number, but, no one phoned.

5.i phoned the company again i spoke to a female who lied about my file.She was angry at why i cancelled bank deductions, i told her that i did not want any deductions from them, i want cancel. What followed next it was lies.

All i want is to be refunded my money that they deducted for services that they never renderd.
