Submitted withdrawal forms 20/06/2022 to Mifa, they have been delaying this transfer claim, every time you call they have a different story, their call center people are very rude and it seems as if it is a huge problem for them to assist you. All they say is they have 6 weeks to process, and believe me they take longer then 6 weeks. It is now week 7 and still nothing

Mifa's withdrawal process is a nightmare too many hands deal with one withdrawal and things slip through the cracks, I understand they deal with thousands of claims but the process needs work. I deal with these types of claims everyday with different insurers and Mifa is by far the worst to get anything from them. First of all you have to hand deliver and then hope the claim gets to the correct person before it goes missing which means new originals to be delivered, Once they do confirm receipt the nightmare begins. Hoping I dont have to deal with them again in the near future
