The device was returned within 3 weeks. It kept on logging off so It was faulty. Loot said send it back. I did. Then they asked for the accessories. I phoned and sent numerous emails as they courier did not come as per Loots enails after about 2 weeks it was fetched. Then suddenly the informed the device was damaged/dented. I asked for camera footage 2 show the condition when they opened it as it was not damaged in my care. They ignored that and said after 2 or 3 weeks they want 2 deliver it has been fixed. I said I wanted a new one. They refused. I asked 4 the matter to be referred to a superior. They said it was the superior said that it was repaired as a courtesy to me! I want camera footage from them and the courier to show that it was damaged by me. I want a new device as I definately did not damage the device.
