Department of Justice - Maintenance

I've being attending my son's mantence court since 2017 but didn't get help, first it was my court order being written wrong from the amount we agreed on with father,after he lost his job in 2022 sep they took long to freeze his capitac account until he finished his money which was R250000.the only think i got from his account that was left was R7000 ,then they discovered that he has another account nedbank which they didn't even bored to look investigate on how much was in that acc as I think he transferd the money to that Nedbank account....I'm not sure what's the point of freezing both acc if they going to look into only one bank..then magistrate promised me the UIF money from him, but now they not following up on it .apparently the prosecutor say the money in the nedbank acc it's his not the child's..I feel I waisted my time going there...
