Clicks Pharmacy - Unprofessional/time wasting

I receive a prescription from my doctor and they send it to Clicks in Rylands Village.
However, on my husbands arrival after waiting for a hour they told him that they never received it even when he showed them the email from the doctor this happened a few times already. its frustrating and unprofessional too.
my daughter is sick and now with out medication and we must go back today.
what a waste of time.
