On 09 January 2023 I placed an online order using clicks app.
The order was for over the counter medication and was to be collected at Newcastle mall clicks. After the order was successful I saw pop up that says the order will ready in 4 hours. I then contacted clicks at Newcastle mall on 10 January around 9am to confirm if the order was ready I spoke to a lady who said her name was Trafita (might have got the spelling/name incorrectly)
The lady told me that she doesn't see my order. I checked on the app and its says "complete ".I then contacted clicks online and spoke to Nicole who checked and said she doesn't have access to pharmacy and wanted to give me a different number to call. I didn't not take it because I had already spent so much on calls trying to track an order where I being misled by the whole process
