For the past 2 weeks my Capitec account has been paused. I keep on going to the branch and calling contact Center but still the issue has not been resolved. When ask what is the reason for the hold no one seems to have an idea. When I go to the branch they say I must contact call Center and contact Center say I must go to the branch.They require affidavits of which I provide.They require letter from home affairs which I also did provide.This issue is really inconveniencing me to such an extent that I even got an eviction notice to move out of my residence since I can’t pay my lease.Tell me where do I take my family.I don’t even have shelter because of this.
