Capitec - Capitec paused my account

My account was paused reason being i was doing an online job where i was working part time. I received funds and paid customers on their accounts directly. But now they are telling me that some one reported the money that was deposited on my account and that's when i saw my account was paused.

I tried to go to the branch bit they keep on turning me around asking affidavits which i made i then decided to write on hello peter that's when the fraud department contacted me via email but they said thy cant help because they need more information about the case. Then i consulted on whatsapp they investigated and told me that i must go find that person and they must provide proof that they deposited the amount on my account. Where will i find that person? Now the money is frozen and some of it is unprocessed please release my money you can close the account for all i care because you are not competent and you dont help your customers when they need help to you we are just money making machines for you. Upause my account and close the release my money!!
