Burger King - Bad services

Hope all is well with you,

I went to vosloorus Burger King to buy family meal combo (via drive through)and I explained to the lady that was helping me that I need four meals for adults that include nuggets and she said R249.90

When I get to the window Jabulani gave me total different meal to what I paid for ,the meal they gave me only had one whopper and the rest was junior burgers ,Jabulani called the manager on duty Mmasechaba she came and said they must fix it ,while fixing it they were passing remarks?with attitude and with disrespect thinking I don’t hear them because i pretend to be on the line (cellphone call )
Then Mmasechaba came and told me to add Onother R40 when I asked why she said to me am I buying or wasting their time.

Because I felt so disrespected I asked for refund and on they top it up with giving me short money R249 and said what’s R0.90c
Where as if I buy with short money it will not be allowed,
I have spend 30 minutes waiting to be served this nonsense,
I had to drive to Alberton from vosloorus to buy food because I can’t spend my money where am disrespected and being treated with attitude.

I NEED THIS TO BE TREATED WITH URGENT PLEASE ,I WANT MY PETROL MONEY BECAUSE IF IT WASN'T OF THE ILL TREATMENT I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN FOOD AT VOSLOORUS ,NOW I HAD TO DRIVE TO ALBERTON
