After daily, weekly, monthly calls still no action has been done on claim
Poor service and communication
It has been 3 weeks since I am waiting for the Director, and It to open to laod my bank details for the 3td time. Every 3 months to be renewed.
I did contact lawyers to apply to take this claim case to court. According to Callcentre NO movement on claim since October 2022
This claim was opened 24 March 2015.
My late husband passed on 9 June 2022.
For 11 minths I am still waiting for funds to be paid out.
On the 5th of Aprik 2023, payment has been loaded as per WCA consultant informs.
To date no Payment has been released or received.
After numeriors calls and emails to various people at WCA, no feed back from claim handler Ms Christine Thipe.
Our next step is High Court to finalize anf settle this claim

Every time I phone call centre my late husband lumpsum payment from 24/03/2015 to date is not paid or approved yet.

I received Funeral benefits after 1 year of phoning WCA every day.
The next challange my late husband Lumpsum payment has still NOT been approved by Finance for payment, although it has been posted on the system.
My monthly pension to date has not been calculated yet.
How many years do I have to wait.
My claim hanler Ms Christine Thipe and colleque Ms Dawn Masibuko has not replied to any of my emails.

Every week phone the callcentre and being told that the Monthly pension has not been calculated yet, because an IT error on system. For months the same excuse.
The Callcentre cannot provide the correct information and you not allowed to speak to the claim handler

The widow of late MR AH Lamprecht have received 3 payments from WCA department.
The last is the monthly pension that is due to Ms Ronel Lamprecht.
According to offices the widow will recrive an monthly amount for the rest of her life.
We have called the calccentre today, to do a follow up, just to find out that there has nothing been done or the monthly pension has not been calculated yet and not loaded on the system yet.
Will it take another 12 months to finalize this matter as well.
Could you kindly assist, the widow is moving to an old age home

Since April 2023 the Clsim handler Ms Christine Thipe says that ITC encoure an error when a pension for widow is loaded on system
Even in July2023 she send me the same message.
I have not to date since June 2022 recrived any monthly pension from the Department

It has been another month that has passed and Ms Christine Thipe is giving the family that same message.
For how many years must the excuse be valid.
The department is not capable to do their duties.
Maybe new staff who are willing to work should get an opportunity.
This is the worst experience and department in a Goverment Institution
It is another month later and Ms Christine Thipe is says she is still waiting for IT to solve the error that occur on her system to load my monthly Pension monies.
I have been waiting since July 2022 to date .
I called the Pension Fund of Goverment and have been told that Dept of Labour, WCA has not calculated or uploaded the monthly Pension.
Can we take this case to Presidency and HighCourt for further steps
It has been 18 months and widow has been told by Claim handler to wait because they have backlog to process.
