My late husband passed on 08 June 2022.
The claim handler at Workmans Compensation office has been telling me since March 2023, the person is not able to finalize claim claim due to Error on system. The callcentre confirmed the person has not posted the monthly pension of widow onto the system. Arrears from June 2022 to date outstanding on widow pension.
Could you please give claim to another person to finalize the claim. The handler is not compitent to do the claim
