My late husband passed on 08 June 2022.
The claim handler at Workmans Compensation office has been telling me since March 2023, the person is not able to finalize claim claim due to Error on system. The callcentre confirmed the person has not posted the monthly pension of widow onto the system. Arrears from June 2022 to date outstanding on widow pension.
Could you please give claim to another person to finalize the claim. The handler is not compitent to do the claim

The empty promises from the claim handler is unexcepable.

The WCA is the worst services in our country..unprofessional!
The claim handler the worst day after days, lies anf stories why there is nothing happening

Between the claim handler Ms Christine Thipe and Approver as been told by the claim handler Ms Mary Mokadi, I Widow of late Mr AH lamprecht must just wait because they have a back lock.
How many more years do I have to wait.

2024, going for 20 months, my claim has not been resolved.
Month after month my claim handler Ms Chrustine Thipe has a new excuse why there is an delay.
Being report this to Higher authorities and Ministers ofiices, still no progress.
What a disgrace for our WCA Department of Labour

This claim has still not been finalized. Widow is waiting 24 months for monthly monies to date not received yet. Claim date was 2015, late husband passed on 2022 and no payment to widow. Disgrace!
