In January 2013 I had an injury on duty. I have reported it to my employer and the necessary documentation was handed in. Every time that I was following up, some documents were outstanding. My HR also followed up and numerous phone calls and emails etc. were done without success.
In April 2014 another injury on duty was also reported with the necessary documentation. Phone calls and emails were sent to the Compensation fund. Sometimes, I personally think it depends on who is able to assist you, the person at the call center can assist you with both injuries and sometimes the other person will request you to phone again and can only assist on IOD per call. Next year I am going on pension and since then, no news or payments have been paid out to me.
