UIF - Unemployment Insurance Fund - Unemployment insurance fund maternity benefit

i applied for UIF MATERNITY BENEFIT on the 2june 2023 and i got my first payment 23 June 2023.
i shortly after did another continuation of payment which i was told it was done incorrectly as it was done before 28 days has passed, i did the correct one i august and it was send to the paymaster but till today i haven't payment. on the 3 october i was told to do another continuation of payment and that one also went to the paymaster and still no payment. when i call the call centre they keep saying the are escalating the matter. so now i am out of options. i dont know what else to do as i only recieved 1 payment
