I have been waiting for my uif since January when my daughter was born. I have never claimed from uif before since I've been working from 2011 and now when I do have a claim its not coming through. I call every other day and I'm told that they are busy and there are no managers available to take my call and they cannot assist because they have no information on the system even though I claimed from the u filing website... As a South African its so terrible that we have to be treated this way, I've sent them everything they asked from me why is it like they doing you a favor?
