I have done a continuation on the 2nd of December and it does not reflect on both platforms, I have called in several times to the call centre and tech devision, was told they will forward a notification that a case was logged but as yet nothing, do I really have to call in everyday and not get any update nor assistance? The system shows no continuation but requested me do do one and when I try it shows I have done a continuation, call centre said a case has been logged without a reference number being provided.

No internal communication, departments are clueless, call centre hands are tied as they can't provide an update, paymaster does not respond to escalation, no feedback no update no service, all the brand does is take money on time when your working but when your rethrenched the fund they have taken, they make it so difficult for you to obtian funds that is due to you, but this is SA so it's no surprise.

This complaint has been considered as not resolved.
