40007968335 is the case number and I have called with no updates and sent emails to find out why payment is dalyed with no real updates but an auto response.

It's now 51 days later since my last payment received, the app still shows sent to paymaster, when will the funds be paid into my account, when I was working for 13 years UIF made sure to deduct before I saw my salary, I trust my funds will not be delayed any further than today.

What would assist is to pay my full balance then I don't have to put through this torture month on month.
