After multipal emails and calls no resolution, continuation done 30 December 2023, due to UIF Technical fault they only made it viable on the 8th of Jan 2024, I called in several times with call centre saying they will escalate, on further calls call centre said they still did not get feedback from back office, I was told today ' I hope you find patients', call centre lady at 8h09 today told me just to wait longer with no form of resolution, this is how we get treated but when you work, your money gets taken before you see your salary, and now delay after delay, to date over 60 emails, can't recall the amount of calls, yet no update nor feedback provided.
Should I say thank you for the non service provided, it's shocking really shocking, I have another continuation due and yet I still have not received the funds, two months later and nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
