Our Maternity claim was submitted to the UIF assessor on the 16th of November 2023. It is still there, and today is the 5th of March 2024. We have not received any feedback after calling them every day almost since January 2024. On the 5th of March 2024(today) they told us at the call center that ufiling system is not working correctly and we must resubmit all our documents. This has been 4 months of requests and calls and they hit us with this. How do we make them take responsibility? I have sent almost a 100 emails and called them daily with escalations escalated to nowhere. Fire the useless people please!!!!!!
