Netstar tracking - Cancelation of contract

Ever since 2021 I make a cancelation of tracker but nothing has been done and the company deducted twice every month saying that I have two cars but I registered 1 vehicle and now the said I owe them I have been emailing they just block my email and said they handed me to the lawyers netstar not trusted
