Unsatisfied with service received from call centre agents. Request has been sent for a technician to fix our panics which is faulty. An appointment was set for Saturday @ 11 and no technician pitched. When you contact the emergency line they refuse to assist cause others might have more urgent calls. I have two vehicles with trackers not one of my panics works if I am in any danger I’m not covered because of your failure is my request not urgent?
I want a cancellation with immediate effect. For 2 weeks I’ve been struggling to get my panics sorted.
