I've had vehicle insurance with a insurance company for about 7 years where netstar was included in my policy. Every time I sold a vehicle, I will remove it from the policy and add a new vehicle where the insurance company then arrange to install a netstar tracking device in the new vehicle. Three vehicles was sold about 3-5 years ago. About 3 months ago I got this one sms that they are going to start charging me for a netstar where I immediately communicated and queried and cancelled the netstar. I dont know who I spoke to but only one of the three sold vehicles netstars was attended to and cancelled. I now need to pay for a netstar for the second sold vehicle which apparently was never cancelled. They told me the third vehicle netstar was cancelled already, without my knowledge doing so. So I can just not understand this. When I queried which vehicle netstar I now need to pay, the consultant couldnt even tell me, said she can also not understand but will investigate and get back to me. Needless to say, Netstar is not coming back to me with proper information. Netstar will only phone me to remind me to pay my netstar, threatening me with legal action. I cannot pay for something I do not have.
