Mercedes Benz - Disgusting attitude

I am very disgusted with Mercedes Menlyn. I always buy my cars from the same new sales guy . Anyways I called him to ask on the service on my other vehicle which is due if he could ask the service department to get back to me firstly . They don’t get back to you or he did not tell them. I called him again this morning because I need to service the car n get another new vehicle . He was so rude . Is this what Mercedes Menlyn had become. Anyways I will rather deal with the Centurion branch as Menlyn needs some people skills . Shame on them
