I placed an order worth R260.50 on the app

What was send was a meal to the value or R75.

Uber eats refuse to take responsibility and accountability for the fact that their vendor messed up. And refuse to refund me as I did not get what I ordered.
I had to place the order again with a different vendor.. how is that fair to me who is losing the money. Paying twice for an order and one of which is not received
