Lenmed Private Hospital - Regarding my daughters operation

Yesterday I phoned to confirmed my daughters prosedure for today 28th of March 2023 they lady at the orthopedic told me yes we must be at the hospital at 06h00,we arrived before 6 here at lenmed hospital only to be told weust wait cos there's no beds available,finally we get called past 8 then to be told my daughters prosedure will take place at 12h00. Time past and then they say no she'll only be going into theatre @14h00 it's almost 16h00 and still nothing.while me and my husband try our best to swop every hour and while we have a 2month old baby in the car aswell.

This is pathetic!!!!!!
