Yesterday I went to Kathu Lenmed ER with my 6months old baby boy. He has RSV (this was not diagnosed by Kathu). He was struggling to breathe. I went to Kathu ER. On arrival they only nebulized him. Send us for x-rays. Back in the ER room. They tried to put in a needle to draw blood. While seeing no vains they still pressed they needle in 3 times!!! They hurt my baby!!!!

So they stopped trying. The doctor let us wait there for the pediatrician that never pitched. He phoned her, told her our situation, she said that she hr can't see us, because she is sleeping at 10 in the morning. And if she id rested she will go to work at 12 but she still can't make space for us. So she gave my boy a prescription over thr phone without examine him. The doctor told us that he had asthma. And then they told us that we must go home because the hospital is full but before we leave we can nebulize one more time!! For * FORBIDDEN * sakes I can nebulize at home!!!!! That's not why we go to the ER!!!!

So we went to Upington and they made the correct diagnosis and helped us like a hospital is supposed to!

AND THE WORST PART IS NO KATHU WILL CLAIM THOUSANDS OF RANDS FROM MY MEDICAL AID AND THEY NEVER ADMITTED US!!!!

KATHU IS GOING TO KILL PEOPLE! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.
