Defy - I have called defy more than 10 times and nobody ever called me back

I have called DEFY more than 10 times,everytime the ladies said she will call me back.Nobody ever called me back.The lady said I must be at home at 10:00 on 10 June.I called at 10:30 ,The technician did not come ,The lady said she will call me back .But nobody called me.I called DEFY again next day,the lady said the same thing,And Monday (14 June) again.I just keep on calling them,but I don’t receive any feed back.Their service is too poor! No service at all!really really bad!
