Debonairs - Unreceived delivery

Please kindly assist I made an order of a pizza at 18:46 June 2023 and now it's 10 hrs late my order number was 85190860 and I did not receive my order and the order was made to be sent off from Amalinda Debonairs East London.
I called the store and instead of being assisted the lady who answered told me to call again and make a different selection I mentioned I'm low on airtime and it ran out.
I called a different help desk again and I was promised that they'll do a follow up and also called the store manager. My daughter slept hungry as there was loadshedding.
I am very dissatisfied with the Debonairs service as this is not my first encounter of such.
