Russell Hobbs - Warranty claim

Good day, I had a inquiry on the 16th of April which was answered on the 17th of April by Zakiera, I was referred to Living Home Brands. LERATO MACHOGA answered the email and since no feedback. I am trying to get in contact via email with no success, I call and she is always busy and never return my call. As this is a Russel Hobbs product I request assistance to refund / exchange my broken Air Fryer unit.
I am currently frustrated as no assistance is offered.
Please assist soonest.
