Monthly premium has been added : secure fire for R35,00 & R57,00 safe security without my knowledge, the following consultants were contacted: on 1st August on 5th Septemberm on 12th September,latest statement received was without R35, for secured fire with no refund as I requested, I need refund from the day additional debit orders were added, how do you expect 70yr old with government grand & been using your service past 18yrs to be debited without any communications
