Electrolux - Kwikot - Extremely bad corrosion

I discovered very bad corrosion (White Rust) under the glass of the solar panel of the Kwikot solar geyzer. The date stamped on the plaque attached to the panel is 23/11/2017. I cannot remember the exact date of installation but my other solar geyzer, another brand, installed in 1995 is still working and does not have any rust on the solar panel under the glass. I wrote in a complaint to the company on the 22 April 2023 and the only reply on their ref CCOM-1062 is still pending. I have photos of the defective panel if required and these were taken on the 21 April 2023. I saw recently on Facebook that Kwikot is advertisng their solar geyzers and wondered if they are still selling defective products.

I have still not received any response to my complaint.

No response to my complaint yet. How am I to proceed further?

I’m still to receive any response. If this is the after sales service of Kwihot, then it leaves much to be desired and actually sucks.

I gave Electrolux my reference number on Facebook but have since not received any reply as to a resolution.
