HiSense - Hisense 463lt fridge freezereh61085-hd

i bought a fridge from hifi corp in springfield durban on 29/11/2024 had it delivered to my home on 30/11/2024 when i plugged the fridge in the motor is making a load noise every 3min i left it for the weekend then contacted hifi corp i was told to send an email to hifi corp by the lady at hifi corp for her to log a complaint as i was told followed up with the lady and was told a technician would be sent to me its been going onto 3day no contact has been made i paid cash for the fridge and feel for a brand new fridge its not acceptable
