Zando - Bad service

I ordered products on 6 December 2021 and paid for same. On 10 December 2021 DSV delivered my parcel to an incorrect unknown address.

Since then i have been given the run around getting feedback on no value. I was told that my parcel has been swopped and will be redelivered today 15 Dec 2021 but when i made a follow-up i was told a different story and the date was moved to friday 17 Dec 2021.

It is a mistake from zando side and the courier company and now i am left in the dark, there is no follow-ups made from their side if i don't contact them or send emails i will hear nothing.
