Westrand Academia NPO reached an a verbal agreement with WCCC of paying R60 000 for 3 nights stay at the venue.
However, on the day we had to cancel our stay due to unforeseen circumstances. So we ended up not sleeping at the venue.
We then requested WCCC to refund us our money. They only agree to pay us back R20 000.
On their website it clearly indicates that in the case of cancellation they only charge for one night. We are expecting a refund of R40 000.
