I called in and took a data sim only contract for R249 for 250 GB Tuesday I received the sim and was advised it will take 48 hours to activate. Today I called in and was advised the sim wont work in my phone I need a router. The sales agent who sold me this where I asked more than once I need this working in my phone and will I be able to get hotspot to connect to my smart tv yes. Today was such a horrible experience your call center agents refuses to give full names only a name wont give me a reference number for the call and dropped call as she was explaining she going to cancel this contract and I must go back to sales to take another deal that is more with a router.. I must pay more now for what ? I was sold this one for R249 - 250 GB and will work in my phone to take R399 for 200 GB after you vetted my call and read terms and conditions where I said again will this work in my phone YES> Now call center drops my call and I went to a walk in store in Monument park in Waterkloof ridge who at first didn't want to help as I did the sale online and there is a difference from online to the store. I later went off at him and he assisted and logged the cancellation reference 5-36128592939403. What service is this VODACOM ? I will not pay more than R249 for250 GB as per my sales call last week Thursday. Why cant a store assist people if your call center cant get back to us as they drop the call on me. I want that call to be listened to and I want the agent to apologies to me for making me upset poor service and I just started my journey with you. IM not impressed. Some one needs to fix this ASAP and get my data working, I cancelled Telkom and RAIN to join you and now Im paying R100 a day for airtime and data because you did not sell the correct product, How best do we resolve this and remember you will not sell me for more I want as discussed on the phone call R249 for 250 Gb that the sim will work in my phone and should I need a router you will include that in my price of R249 for 250 GB . Please listen to both calls sales and today call
