Vodacom - Vodacom not allowing me to use my phone

Since 14 September 2023 I can't use my phone to make calls or use mobile data.
Vodacom decided that a possible Fraudulant activy took place on my phone and placed a full admin lock on my phone.
I used another phone 135 to ask what is happening, I asked them to remove the admin lock, it would take 24 hrs...it didn't. After 30 hrs the lock was removed but still I can't make phone calls or use mobile data
After numerous calls , doing Sim swap twice I still get the runaround of when will I be able to use my phone, excuses from service request was send to wrong depart it was send to another department...but no one can tell me when the issue will be resolved. Today is 3 weeks and 1 day that I can't use my phone to make calls or use mobile data...but I must still pay full amount of contract, so I pay money for a service I don't have and no one can tell me when it will be resolved. Vodacom put me on a full admin lock erroneously...now I must suffer
