Vodacom just cancels my line. After nearly 18 years, they up and cancel it without even informing me. Yet, they increase the annual fee on my invoice with informing one of the adjustment. Try to contact the call Centre, useless, cancellation department, useless, go into Canal Walk, useless. That stupid bot is also no help. Vodacom make so much money and yet clients have to speak to BOTS. How does one make contact with a human. Vodacom is really trying to scam their clients, I have been debited with R5000 for a number that I don't even have linked to my account. Then I get duped by their agent into taking additional data *at not cost* only to find out 3 mths later its costing a arm and leg which I doubly made sure that I never wanted in the first place. Then they debit you continuously and charge all these astronomical fees and expect you to pay. I need to port my number and cannot even do that as it shows they still have it on their system, yet the line does not exist! Even their consultant could not understand how come the line was not reflecting on her screen. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHO I SHOULD SPEAK TOOOOO - I NEED MY NUMBER TO BE TAKEN OFF YOUR SYSTEM VODACOM!!!!
