Claim for stolen cellphone accidentally submitted with the incorrect date of loss on 7/11/2022. The claim was declined.
The correct date with supporting documents was sent on 30/11/2022 e.g.

The date of blacklisting the phone with Vodacom was 19/10/2022 – ITC number: 33214332
Date of loss – 19/10/2022
SAPS case number – 07/10/2022

I followed up on 7/12/2022 and still did not receive any feedback
