I made an upgrade through the Vodacom app, everything was smooth, till checkout, this was end of October, and it was said delivery will happen in a few days. Customer service has been bad since the contract was setup. Now I'm told the order has been processed and i need to contact RAM their courier of choice. Why should i be the one to do run arounds on the delivery company that they chose. The RAM website doesn't even have the order it says no information, and the contact form is broken. This is not good after sale customer service, you get sale and client needs to sort themselves up. And ill be paying for a service that i didn't get to use because its somewhere out there with their delivery choice company
