1. When on hold, the music starts to break up, crackles... terrible sound.
Surely by now management could have picked this up, being major company and all??
2. When talking to consultants, the same thing happens periodically.
One can only hope that the other gets heard regarding calling in issues.
3. Call dropping in the middle of Customer Care calls because the reception/connection is so bad.
4. In general this happens with voice and video calls.
I'm becoming so fed up with these issues.... Doesn’t stop!!
I think I speak for many people here.
