around mid September I purchased R400 electricity through the Vodacom website. The payment was made via Nedbank and I have proof. I didnt receive the R400 voucher. Vodacom called me ,that I must take up the matter with their service provider. After numerous emails from ( I only received 3 replies) they now tell me they have escalated the issue, 5 weeks later!!
