Vodacom - No data or airtime given despite paying for account!

Account renewed without permission. Account assigned to another user. If you phone the number she gets the calls and voicemails. Different unknown person. Paid for the contract due to harassment, threats, in hope I can upgrade and eventually receive my data and airtime. Received no data or airtime as agreed. Can not upgrade (current handset broken). Effecting my work. Eventually stopped paying. Now I am blacklisted!

Received mail that a call to me will be made but still no call. Please do attempt?
