After my review yesterday on hello Peter about vodacom digital planet and ison experiance about my tv that i bought on the vodabuks store "yes, its 3 different companies involved in a simple collection of a damaged tv and delivery of a new one). Already paid for 2 weeks ago. Vodacom was quick to reply that a manager would call me. I had no call so I conctacted them at 11h00. After waiting for them to answer the phone, i asked to be put through to a "supervisor " only to find out he ia the team leader. He told me I have to go to hisense to log the damage even though I bought it through Vodacom.
When I asked for a manager above him he told me he didnt have one. Which is impossible. My husband then spoke to Stelo and asked for his manager, he informed my husband that managers dont take calls so dont believe vodacom thay a manager will call cause its a team leader who cant do anything but write another ticket and esculate it, just like the last 50 people i have spoke to since Tuesday. THE TEAM MANGER SILO THEN PUT THE PHONE DOWN IN MY HUSBANDS EAR WHEN MY HUSBAND ASKED FOR A REFERENCE NUMBER FOR THE CALL apparently they dont have reference number. NEVER WASTE YOUR TIME AND BUY FROM VODACOM AND VODABUCKS STORE. its not worth the cheaper price. No wonder they have their own category on hello Peter of poor customer service
