Vodacom Consultant called in Mid-June 2023 offering More for Less renewal/upgrade of the contract which was due to expire end June. Upon the first debit only to find out that Vodacom has debited more than the amount agreed upon during initiation of the contract - a pure definition of transgressing from our agreement. Since end of June i have called sent e-mails but there is no willingness to assist to either going back to our agreement or cancelation of the contract. Cancelation department would promise to escalate the issue but when phoning to follow-up, only would find out that no escalation done. Almost four months and still not promising that VODACOM is anticipating to help but one thing they are good at is to forcefully and continually debiting my account against my will

Vodacom Customer service and management has swiftly declined and brand cannot be trusted, as they can do anything at the cost of the customer. They would sell you a package and contact totally different packages at consumer cost and would refuse to correct it. Please don't take any contact with them if you want to maintain your peace
