This is not the first time. I am losing money like crazy! I switch on My phone and before I can load data, I'm receiving out of bundle messages. I try and load data but it keeps telling Me to recharge. I have more than enough airtime, but I get told to make a loan purchase. I try umpteen times to load data with NO luck. It keeps telling Me I don't have enough airtime. I tried the smallest amount of R13 and I had over R60 in airtime. I've lost more than R50 again today because of this app. It eats My money while I'm not connected to data. I'm seriously thinking of moving My service, this is happening too often. I tried the call centre, but I get AI, I need human assistance! This is theft!
