Firstly, it took weeks for the sales agent to process my membership activation. Now the incorrect amount has been debited from my account. I called head office who then directed me back to the sales agent that took weeks to resolve my membership activation. No feedback from the sales agent or the head office!!! Poor service delivery is an understatement to the service I have received.
